COMES  NOW  JEFF  BARON,  and  files  this  notice  of  filing  in  the  Fifth 
Circuit  Court  of Appeals  in  order  to  prevent  the  receiver  from running  up  more 
fees by charging for filing a similar notice.  
1. The receiver has found it proper to bill for fees for filing notices in this 
cause of filings made in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  To put an end to that
