In Document #250 the receiver erroneously represents that 28 U.S.C.2041 applies only to “Moneys Paid into Court.” The receiver redactedtherelevant portion of the law. The un-redacted text is quite opposite that relied uponand ‘quoted’ by the receiver. The un-redacted text: “All moneys paid into anycourt of the United States, or received by the officers thereof, in any casepending or adjudicated in such court, shall be forthwith deposited with theTreasurer of the United States”, 28 U.S.C. 2041 (emphasized portion was redactedby receiver). Notably, a receiver is an officer of the court which appoints him.E.g., Great Western Mining & Mfg. Co. v. Harris, 198 U.S. 561, 574 (1905);United States v.
