PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT ORDER
CAME ON FOR CONSIDERATION the Petitioning Creditors’ Motion for Summary
Judgment and Brief in Support (the “Motion”) [Docket No. 52] filed by Pronske & Patel, P.C.,
Shurig Jetel Beckett Tackett, Dean Ferguson, Gary G. Lyon, Robert Garrey, Powers Taylor,
LLP, Jeffrey Hall, and David Pacione (together, the “Petitioning Creditors”). Jeffrey Baron, the
Alleged Debtor (the “Alleged Debtor”) filed his Alleged Debtor’s Response to Petitioning
Creditors’ Motion for Summary Judgment (the “Response”) [Docket No. 55], and this Court held
a hearing on the Motion and Response on February 13, 2013. Having considered the Motion, the
Response, the argument of counsel, and the evidence, this Court finds, for the reasons stated on
the record on February 20, 2013, that it has jurisdiction to grant the relief requested in the
