NOTICE OF NON-REPRESENTATION 
  Stephen  R.  Cochell,  hereby  invites  the  Court’s  attention  to  the  Motion  to 
Withdraw and for Continuance of hearings on fees [Dkt. 1015] recently filed in this case. 
1.  The District Court has not authorized the undersigned to incur travel or 
other expenses with respect to matters not relating to the liquidating trust 
and has not provided funding for those purposes.  
2.  Mr.  Baron  is  not  represented  with  respect  to  the  pending  motion  for 
attorneys’  fees.  The  purpose  of  this  notice  is  to  raise  that  fact  to  the 
attention of this Honorable Court.  
3.  Counsel  did  not  file  this  notice  earlier  because,  in  order  to  facilitate 
attempts to resolve the issue by agreement between counsel, counsel for 
the US Trustee, Ms. Lambert, suggested that she expected that she might

be able to persuade the Trustee to defer hearing on their motion based on 
her belief that the motion did not need to be heard this week.  Ms. Lambert 
was  not  successful  in  her  efforts  to  secure  agreement  by  the  trustee’s 
counsel and this notice raises the issue the attention of the Court.
