Procedure, Pronske & Patel, P.C. will take the oral deposition, under oath, of Jeffrey Baron (the 
“Deponent”), for the purpose of discovering matters relevant to Amended Application of 
Pronske & Patel, P.C., for Payment of Fees as an Administrative Expense for a Substantial 
Contribution to the Estate (the “Application”) on Monday November 12, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., 
continuing thereafter until concluded.
